Webcasting services in Dubai. Engineered with a second path.
We produce webcasts for conferences, launches, investor events and leadership broadcasts across the UAE. Our own crew runs the cameras, the control room and the audience page, and every stream has a second path, so a failure never reaches the audience.

The replay, the questions and who watched, delivered after the event
A webcast is a broadcast. We produce it like one.
A webcast puts your stage in front of everyone who cannot be in the room: investors, customers, press, and colleagues in other offices. They watch on a page with your name on it, and they ask questions back.
Many webcasting companies resell someone else's platform and hire the crew on the day. We are production professionals who build the tools we use. The people who scope your webcast are the people in the control room on the day.
New to the format? Start with our guide: what is a webcast.
Four kinds of webcast. Four kinds of pressure.
Conferences and summits
Every stage live, speaker interviews from the floor, and each session ready as a replay. See conference and summit production.
Investor events
Earnings calls, AGMs and capital markets days, where the record has to be right. Read our investor relations webcast guide.
Launches and announcements
One reveal, one chance, on your own page for press, partners and customers at the same moment.
Leadership broadcasts
Town halls and all-hands for every office at once, gated to your own people. See corporate webcasts and town halls.
From the first call to the replay.
- We start from your run of show: who speaks, who watches, where they watch from, and what you need back afterwards.
- We test the venue connection and plan the second path: fibre, bonded cellular or satellite.
- Every speaker, slide cue and video runs before the doors open, including remote guests on their own links.
- Our director cuts the cameras, our engineer watches every link, and a moderator runs the questions.
- The replay, the questions and who watched, delivered to your team.
Live, in several languages. On the record.
YOUNGO at COP28
We produced the YOUNGO daily broadcast, in four languages across four channels, for two weeks.
IRENA
We ran the stand-up interview broadcast position at IRENA. Ministers were on air with a broadcast cut inside three minutes.
Global Youth Coalition
We co-produced the Reeforesting for Peace series for the Global Youth Coalition: seven sessions, four UN languages, one production standard.
A global fragrance house
We delivered a two-day, eleven-session live broadcast for a global fragrance house, with slide-synced replay published per session.
Shooting sport
We delivered live multi-camera broadcast across two shooting events, a four-day pilot and a three-day return, with live commentary and graphics from our own control room.
What sits behind the stream.
- Manned cameras and robotic heads, from one presenter to a full stage.
- Live vision mixing, graphics and speaker names on screen, from our own control room on site or remote.
- Two encoders on every show, with the second ready to take over.
- Fibre where the venue has it. Bonded cellular and satellite as the second path, or as the first where there is no fibre.
- Your domain and your brand, with registration, company sign-in for private events, questions and polls.
- Interpreter booths and separate audio channels, or live captions.
- Every camera recorded on its own, plus the programme, for the replay and the clips.
Corporate webcasts and town halls

What are webcasting services?
Webcasting services cover everything needed to broadcast an event online: cameras, sound, live mixing, encoding, the internet connection, the page the audience watches on, and the recording. We provide all of it as one team.
Do you webcast outside Dubai?
Yes. We are based in Dubai and produce webcasts across the UAE, including Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, and across the GCC.
Can the webcast run on our own platform?
Yes. We can deliver the programme to your own platform, to Microsoft Teams, Zoom or YouTube, or to a branded page we run for you. Many events use two at once. See webcast vs Microsoft Teams.
What happens if the internet drops?
The second path takes over. Every stream runs on two encoders and two internet routes, so one dropped line does not reach the audience.
How much do webcasting services cost?
It depends on the cameras, crew, days, the venue connection, languages and the platform. We do not sell packages. We scope each webcast against its run of show. Our guide explains what drives the cost.
Is a webcast the same as a webinar?
Not quite. A webinar is built for conversation with a smaller group. A webcast is built for reach, with a produced programme. Read the comparison.

We scope every webcast against its run of show, not a package.
