CBA hires for events where nothing can go wrong. The work happens at scale, on tight timelines, in front of audiences that include heads of state, sovereign-wealth investors, and global media. The team we build is the team that shows up on day one of a 13-day COP broadcast and keeps delivering until the closing ceremony.
We recruit broadcast engineers, camera operators, audio engineers, vision mixers, graphics operators, MCR engineers, and replay operators. Full-time roles in Dubai and event-based roles across the GCC. We also hire across a range of software and web engineering roles because we build our own production tools instead of buying them.
Event-based and full-time across the GCC.
Camera operators. Broadcast, PTZ, jib. Full-time in Dubai and event-based freelance across the GCC. Multi-camera live experience required. Cinema camera backgrounds welcomed but not required.
Audio engineers. FOH, broadcast mix, mixing-minus IFB for hybrid productions. Arabic-English bilingual broadcast experience a plus. Event-based freelance.
Vision mixers and MCR engineers. Live-switching broadcast backgrounds. Esports, sports, or news experience preferred. Full-time in Dubai.
Graphics operators. Caspar, vMix, Unreal Engine virtual production. Broadcast template literacy required. Event-based and full-time.
Replay operators. EVS or Dreamcatcher-trained. Sports or esports backgrounds. Event-based.
Producers and floor managers. Experience running live events under pressure. Bilingual Arabic-English preferred.

All roles are GCC-based. CBA sponsors UAE employment visas for full-time hires. Event-based freelance roles suit GCC-resident crew; we occasionally engage international crew for specialist roles on large tournaments.
