This privacy policy describes how Creative Broadcast Agency LLC collects, uses, and protects personal information of clients, event attendees, and website visitors.

What we collect

When you contact CBA or request a quote, we collect your name, email address, company, phone number, and information about your event. When attendees register for events we produce for our clients, registration data is held on behalf of the client event organiser.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, deliver services you have contracted, and send occasional updates about our work. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months. Event registration data is retained according to the client's data retention policy.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing chris@creativebroadcast.ae.
