IRENA Assembly is the international convening of 170+ member states on renewable energy policy, investment, and implementation. Delegates arrive from every member nation. Ministers sit on panels. The resulting policy decisions shape global energy transition. The broadcast had to serve delegations who attended and delegations watching remotely, with simultaneous interpretation into five official UN languages and delegate Q&A moderated in real time.

CBA delivered 72 hours of continuous broadcast across the full Assembly with multi-language support, delegate Q&A integration, and chain-of-custody recording for the UN archive.

Live delegate Q&A. Virtual delegates submitted questions through a secure portal. Moderator team routed vetted questions to the speaker's monitor. Question submitter name and delegation appeared as a lower third when the speaker answered.

Global distribution across 170 nations. CDN configured for worldwide reach with regional edge optimisation. Public broadcast on IRENA channels plus restricted feeds for sessions requiring delegate-only access.

Post-event archive. On-demand replay within 24 hours. Per-session recordings organised and delivered to the IRENA archive in all five languages with chain-of-custody metadata for long-term retention.
