Their conferences combine public-facing keynotes with restricted working groups where sensitive legal strategy is discussed. The broadcast needed to serve two audiences: an open global audience watching the keynote and panel sessions, and a restricted participant list accessing closed-door working groups under identity-verified access control.

CBA delivered the broadcast with simultaneous public and restricted feeds, multi-speaker panel management, remote participant integration, and a chain-of-custody recording pipeline that passed the organisation's legal-sector compliance review.
