Sponsors do not pay for a stream. They pay for a list.
The stream is the delivery mechanism. The data is what clients pay for.
A live event produces a list of attendees, a list of questions, a list of poll answers, a list of chat contributions, and a list of watch-time durations per person. Turn those lists into per-attendee engagement scores, rank them from hot to cold, and hand them to the sponsor's sales team on Monday morning. That is what turns a sponsored session into a closed deal.
Most event platforms stop at "we had 5,000 viewers." CBA reports the 500 people who asked a question, the 200 who voted in a poll, the 50 who stayed to the end, and the 10 who did all three. The 10 are your highest-intent leads. The 5,000 is a vanity number.
Sponsor teams. Comms teams. Anyone who needs to prove reach.
Sponsor activation managers. Need per-attendee data proving the sponsored session actually generated leads. Engagement score per attendee, ranked hot to cold, with company and role metadata where captured.
Corporate comms teams. Running internal town halls where management needs to see who stayed, who left, which questions came from which region, and whether the message landed. Post-event report goes into the leadership deck.
Marketing and events teams. Running customer-facing webinars or summits where marketing needs to hand sales a ranked lead list from the event. Engagement signals fed into the CRM per-attendee, not just bulk attendance.
Public events and conferences. Running multi-session programs where the post-event question is "which sessions actually worked." Per-session engagement metrics show which speakers pulled, which dropped, and what to book next year.
Specification.
Q&A. Submission form for virtual viewers with name and email. Moderator queue with producer-side approval before questions reach the speaker's monitor. Speaker reads questions on camera with viewer name displayed as lower third.
Polls. Real-time polling with instant visualisation. Animated chart overlays rendered into the program feed. Results captured per-voter.
Chat. Moderated live chat alongside the stream. Sentiment tracking flags positive and negative clusters in real time. Chat export per-contributor post-event.
Gamification. Leaderboards, achievement badges, prize draw integrations for events where engagement needs a push. Configurable per event.
Scoring. Per-attendee engagement score computed from: watch time, question submission, poll votes, chat activity, session attendance. Score bands: Hot (top 20%), Warm (next 30%), Cold (bottom 50%). Custom weights available.
Reporting. Full per-attendee CSV delivered within 48 hours. Columns include identity (where captured), engagement score, session-by-session watch time, question text, poll votes, chat messages. Feeds directly into CRM or sales tools.
Questions we get from buyers before they book
What do sponsors actually get from the engagement data?
A ranked list of attendees who engaged with their sponsored session. Hot leads first (high watch time, asked a question, voted on the poll). Warm leads next. Full CSV with names, emails, companies, roles where captured. Delivered within 48 hours so the sponsor sales team calls on Monday.
Is this PDPL and GDPR compliant?
Yes. Consent is captured at registration. Data residency options are available (UAE, Saudi, EU). Data sharing with sponsors happens only when explicit consent is granted at registration. See the Corporate Streaming service for the full compliance posture.
Can we integrate the engagement data into our CRM automatically?
Yes. API or CSV integration into Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and custom CRMs. Per-attendee engagement scores flow into the lead record as a scoring signal. Your sales team sees the engagement score when they open the lead.
How does the engagement scoring work?
Weighted combination of watch time, question submission, poll participation, chat activity, and session attendance. Default weights are calibrated from 300+ CBA events. Custom weights are available if your sales process prioritises a specific signal (for example, question-askers only).
Can this work across a multi-session conference?
Yes. Per-session engagement captured independently, aggregated into a per-attendee event score. You see both which sessions landed and which attendees engaged across the whole conference.
