Context

CBA at Web Summit Qatar. Presence, not delivery.

CBA attended Web Summit Qatar as an industry participant to observe multi-stage tech conference broadcast at scale. This is not a case study of a CBA-delivered engagement. CBA was not the broadcast provider for the conference itself.

This page exists to correct a prior framing on the CBA site that inaccurately positioned Web Summit Qatar as a CBA client delivery. It has been reframed to reflect the actual relationship: industry presence and pattern-benchmarking.

What CBA took from it

Multi-stage patterns, applied to CBA deliveries.

Staggered scheduling patterns. Observed across multiple concurrent stages. Applied to CBA's own multi-stage delivery workflow on Esports World Cup (5 arenas, 2 months of concurrent broadcast) and multi-day conference engagements.

Centralised MCR patterns. Observed as a delivery-scaling technique. Applied to CBA's own MCR architecture across the 17+ year track record of live-streaming production.

Real-time content pipeline patterns. Observed at scale in the event's clip-and-publish workflow. Informed the design of ClipLive as a browser-based tool CBA now sells.

Industry participation is an operational input for CBA, not a client deliverable. This page reflects that distinction.
