The broadcast had to serve three audiences simultaneously: Arabic-first regional, English-first international, and a restricted cabinet-level stream for delegates with access-controlled sessions. Multi-venue coverage. Main plenary plus three breakout stages plus a private bilateral briefing room. All fed a centralised MCR for unified direction.

Encryption and compliance. AES-256 encrypted delivery on all feeds. Recording retained per Qatar Economic Forum archive requirements. Data residency in the region.
