When videography fits

Not every event needs a live broadcast. Most still need a deliverable.

Private corporate events, invitation-only briefings, internal offsites, product unveilings to specific audiences. These events do not need a live stream to 10,000 people. They need a recording that looks like broadcast television, edited into clips the marketing team can use for the next six months.

Videography is the broadcast team without the live stream. Same multi-camera setup, same broadcast-grade lighting and audio, same professional operators. The difference is post. The raw recordings go into an edit suite that night and come out as a highlight reel, a full-session archive, and a set of social clips sized for every relevant platform.

What you get

Two cuts. For the boardroom and for social.

Highlight reel (boardroom cut). 2-3 minutes. Event-wide narrative. Key speakers, peak moments, audience reaction. Cut to support the internal storytelling the event was staged for. Suitable for the exec leadership deck, the sales enablement library, or the sponsor report.

Full-session archive. Every speaker, every panel, every moment. Individual session files with consistent naming. Suitable for internal LMS, sponsor distribution, or archive.

Social clips (social cut). 15-60 second clips per platform. Vertical 9:16 for Reels and TikTok. Square 1:1 for LinkedIn. 16:9 for YouTube Shorts and standard. Same day of the event for maximum relevance.

Photography. Available as an add-on. Stills from the videography crew or a dedicated photographer with the same brand consistency as the video edit.

FAQ

Questions we get from buyers before they book

Do you edit on-site or back in the studio?

Both options. On-site edit for faster social turnaround (clips within 1-2 hours of the moment). Off-site edit for higher-polish deliverables (highlight reel within 24 hours, archive within 48). Most events use a hybrid: on-site for social, off-site for the premium cut.

Can we get the raw recordings as well?

Yes. Raw ISO recordings per camera are delivered alongside the edited masters. Stored on client-provided drive or transferred to your designated cloud storage.

What about internal events where we do not want external distribution?

Videography is frequently internal-only. Deliverables go to your secure storage (SharePoint, Google Drive, your own S3). No external distribution unless you ask for it.

How is this different from hiring a freelance videographer?

A freelancer covers the event with a camera. CBA videography deploys a multi-camera broadcast team plus the post-production infrastructure behind them. Output quality difference is equivalent to a local news report versus a prime-time broadcast.

Can you do videography plus streaming at the same event?

Yes. The capture infrastructure is shared, so adding a live stream on top of videography is mostly an encoder + CDN cost. See the Live Event Streaming service for the streaming detail.

Your event deserves production that performs.
